Cost: $275 students living within the MPPS district
$305 students living outside the MPPS district

(½ due with application & ½ due the 1 st day of class)

Segment One Requirements

•  Students must be at least 14 years 8 months of age.
•  24 hours of classroom instruction
•  6 + hours behind-the-wheel driving
•  6 + hours of driver observation
•  Complete required notes, worksheets & classroom activities.
•  80% or better final exam score (Students may have tests read aloud)
Summer Segment One Summer Application 

Segment Two Requirements

•  90 days min. after Segment One class
•  Must have completed 30 hours (2 min. at night) of driving with licensed parent/guardian over 21 years of age.
•  6 hours of classroom instruction
•  Complete all required notes, worksheets & classroom activities.
